Please note, this no-cost discovery call is to determine if working with a coach is right for you and if you’re a good fit for one of my paid programs. If after reading your questionnaire I don’t believe we are a fit, I will write to you in advance of the call.

Self-Love/Life Coaching Services are designed to be intellectually & conversationally stimulating and for enlightenment/enrichment purposes. It is not intended to replace any physician’s advice and care or to be used for medical or mental diagnosis and treatment. Jonathon Aslay makes no guarantees or represents he will find you a match or resolve are available.

Coaching Style:
Jonathon Aslay’s Coaching style is called: Heart-Centered Radical Honesty, which is direct, a little tough love, and with a lot of heart. Occasionally exclusivities are used to enhance a sentence, and it is not meant to be disrespectful, confrontational, or hostile. Mr. Aslay’s work is more educational than transformational in that his philosophy is as follows: A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear, who helps you see what you don’t want to see so that you can shift perspective choosing to love oneself and others with respects to self-love.

Confidentiality:
Unless ordered by a government agency, all communications discussed during private coaching sessions (verbal or written) will remain in the strictest of confidence, including a client’s name, address, telephone number, workbooks, and homework assignments. Mr. Aslay may not use any specific information (collected by a client) for a blog, article, or public forum. The only exception is the payment processing of services or reviewing materials with a staff member.

Client Agreement:
The client agrees they are fully ready (physically & emotionally) to embark on a coaching program understating that each week there are assignments requiring 2 to 4 hours of homework, plus the actual coaching calls with Jonathon. Also, the client agrees to disclose any mental health issues, physical concerns, or emotional wounds that might impede or derail the process before the first coaching session (in writing). The client agrees to hold Jonathon Aslay harmless if the work triggers past traumas, and the client understands that Mr. Aslay is not a trained therapist.

Rescheduling Sessions:
Because emergencies may arise that might affect your ability to attend the scheduled session, if you request to reschedule a call, please do so with 48 hours’ notice, and we can pick a time at our mutual convenience. You agree that a canceled session(s) will be forfeited, or a fee may be charged if you want to postpone the program. Also, if you choose not to continue with the program once coaching has begun, you can’t get a refund for canceling the remaining sessions.

Refund Policy:
Mr. Aslay clearly states that once coaching begins (which includes this email), there are no refunds for unused services; however, on the rare occasion a client wants to cancel a session or balance of sessions (with 72 hours notice of a pending call otherwise forfeiting the session), he may grant a 50% credit for unused services less a $75 processing fee.
