What To Know About Dating Men Over 40 Q&A
Oh boy, where to start, right? All joking aside, dating during the midlife years – after baby-making but before retirement – can be challenging. Like it or not, you’ll both have baggage of some sort and usually misconceptions about what makes a strong relationship. Some men in midlife aren’t even sure if they want a long term relationship or if they just want to “be a player.”
This episode is a replay of a Q&A session I did on YouTube where we get into some of the common questions about why finding emotionally healthy midlife men can be a challenge and how to navigate these dating waters. Most importantly, remember that YOU do not have to conform to a man’s idea of a partner. Usually these are stereotypes they learned from childhood and they’ll need to do their own inner work to break those stereotypes, especially if they desire a long-lasting relationship.
Let’s explore the DEEPER questions of why midlife men act the way they do and how to decipher if this is a man worth pursuing.
